- Please ensure that the address and phone number are entered correctly before completing the order to avoid any delivery delays.
- Orders cannot be modified or canceled after they have been confirmed or shipped.
- If there is an error in the order, please contact us as soon as possible before the order is shipped.
- All orders are subject to product availability in stock.
- There may be a slight delay in order processing during promotional periods or peak seasons.


Return & Exchange Policy


For health and safety reasons, contact lenses and cosmetic products cannot be returned or exchanged after opening the packaging.

Exchange

- An exchange request can be made within 24 hours of receiving the order.
- The product must be unused and in its original condition with full packaging.
- Exchanges will not be accepted if the product has been opened or used.

Damaged or Incorrect Product

- If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order and provide a photo of the product. The issue will be resolved as soon as possible.

Exchange Fees

- Delivery fees for exchanges are applied based on the delivery area.
- The customer bears the shipping cost for resending the product.
